There should be no religious bias. To be considered Secular, there has to be a same set of parameter for judging the Culprits / Accused. However, I would like to add as under: –
1. Kapil Sibal:
#TripleTalaq is a matter of Faith followed since 1400 Years
2. Supreme Court:
If Triple Talaq is mentioned in Koran, then we will not interfere.
3. #SupremeCourt has rights only to interfere in:
(a) Gokulashtami (Pyramid Height)
(b) Diwali (Ban on Crackers)
(c) ShaniShingnapur (Women Entry)
(d) Sabrimala (Women Entry)
(e) Jallikattu (Bull Taming)
4. Ramayana talks about Birth of Lord Rama at Ayodhya, but Supreme Court would love to interfere in it.
5. This is the most idiotic Secularism & so called Equality of Justice by the redundant Supreme Court !!!
6. I respect all religion. However unequal application of law amongst religions spread discord & hence must be trashed outright.
7. Such institutions are responsible for spreading hatred & communalism. Divide & Rule policy still persists !!!
Would also like to add: –
Dear #SupremeCourt Judges,
1. Regulate Private Vehicles
2. Ban Loudspeakers at all religious places, except during Festivals
3. Regulate sub-ordinate Courts & ensure disposal with Justice to save Papers
4. You can interfere in Festivals & lecture India on #Intolerance after your Retirement (to get political mileage)
5. Till then do your job for which you are paid. You are not carrying out Honorary Job.
6. Work for larger interest … than for populist measures. You are not the only one to understand Law. And you are no one to dictate Terms when it comes to Cultural Festivals. Disparity is not Equality. Hope you know this !!!
7. Regulate the type of Fire Crackers rather than putting blanket ban. You cant deprive Children of their happiness with noise-less firecrackers. Don’t get into unwarranted controversy each time whenever the Festivals are too close !!!
Adding up further generally,
India is the only country where people seek #CapitalPunishment for Rape & #Clemency for #Terrorists.
